Our company, Downunder Cuisine, was the first in Australia to manufacture hand-made individual Pavlova in 1995. We make them the same way today, in 9cm round and 6cm round sizes.

Today Downunder Cuisine produces a diverse range of quality Gluten Free products including:

What makes Downunder Cuisine products unique is that they are made from 'scratch' using traditional quality ingredients like Butter, whole Fruits, Egg, Gluten Free flours, Honey, Almond meal, Milk and Sugar. Our Cakes are heavy and moist, full of goodness and great taste. As an example, our wonderful Fig Cake with Cream Cheese topping & Pistachio nuts contains over 30% whole Figs. We don't use artificial colours or flavours.

Our factory caters for Coeliacs and those intolerant to Wheat products. We do not bring into our premises any flours or ingredients containing Gluten eg wheat flour. Consequently we don't have cross-contamination issues on our mixing and processing equipment. Regarding Allergens, we never bring Peanuts or Sesame seeds into the factory, but do use tree nuts like Almond, Pecan, Walnut, Hazelnut & Pistachio.
