Our company, Downunder Cuisine, produces hand-made, Patisserie quality Cakes, Desserts and Finger Foods from our own recipes. Our specialisation is GLUTEN FREE products which can be enjoyed by all people, whether Coeliac or not. We, and our Customers, believe our products are of a quality and price comparable to products using wheat ingredients.
Since 1995 we have sold primarily to the Restaurant and Catering industry, branching out only recently to produce delicious pavlova,cakes and tarts for Retail customers. Our Customers include Five Star Hotels, Restaurants, Entertainment Venues, Corporate & Private Caterers, Golf Clubs, Major Events Caterers, Horse Racing Clubs, Function Venues, Cafe's, Hospitals and Schools. Our company is HACCP Food Safety Certified, so you can buy with confidence. Products are available Frozen throughout Australia.
